COM3 Systems Engineering LTDA is a company dedicated to consulting, technical assistance, development, and integration in automation and robotics, with an expert and dynamic human team capable of carrying out the work with complete confidence.

To achieve success in this project, we commit to leading the entire process, securing the human, technical, and economic resources necessary to accomplish it.

To fulfill the above, we set the following guidelines and undertake the commitment to:

• Promote the implementation and maintenance of an Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001 standards.

• Ensure the qualification of workers to perform their duties, as well as establish ongoing training programs that guarantee work done correctly, under safe conditions, respecting the environment, and ensuring information security conditions.

• Maintain a willingness to constantly adapt to new products/services and new technologies, staying at the forefront of these and applying the best available techniques in the sector for sound environmental management.

• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements and other requirements that the organization subscribes to, as well as the requirements and expectations of our clients.

• Involve, motivate, commit, and consider the opinions of staff in order to seek their participation in the Management System and pollution prevention.

• Avoid risks and evaluate those that cannot be eliminated, tackling them at their source.

• Plan occupational risk prevention, achieving a coherent framework that integrates technique, organization, and all aspects related to working conditions, establishing the necessary mechanisms to eliminate hazards and reduce risks for our workers.

• Integrate the set of policies into company management, so that managers, technicians, supervisors, and workers assume their assigned responsibilities.

• Ensure that all personnel in supervisory roles provide proper working conditions for their subordinates, engaging them to carry out their duties responsibly regarding health, environmental protection, and client satisfaction.

• Inform and train our workers about the risks inherent to their work, as well as the means and measures to be adopted for prevention, and have procedures that allow for consultation and participation of workers and, where they exist, worker representatives.

• Thoroughly analyze accidents and incidents that occur to prevent recurrence.

• Review the company's strategy so that it serves as the basis for objective planning.

• Encourage and promote R&D&I activities as a differentiating factor for competitiveness in the sectors in which the company operates.

• Maintain as the company's main guideline the progressive achievement of continuous improvement in our activities and quality in customer service.

• Make this Management Policy available to relevant interested parties.

A job done correctly will only be considered as such when it is carried out under the proper conditions of quality, preventive and information security, and with respect for the environment.
